![]() ![]() One use for those is making an "inventory" regularly and exporting (to CSV, etc.) for safekeeping (or throwing in your password manager) in case you get prompted in the future. Again, not sure it will get you very far with your specific current issue. Not quite your use-case and you might not want to mess with them, but I have seen the odd case where they do reveal serial numbers that you once used where the program later lost track of it. Something like one of these can help if it's in the registry elsewhere and just not getting read, more commonly if you're moving the product from one machine to another and the serial first before uninstalling on the prior computer. I'm curious - why just now? What changed? Did you need to reinstall the OS or something, or did 2013 get interfered with by service packs of something else? It's been working all this time I assume?
